I’m Dr. Lauren Pasqua—Psychologist, Speaker, and Mom of Three.

A woman with red hair sitting on a white sofa, holding a white mug, with cozy blankets and a dark blue pillow in the background.

But more than that… I’m someone who knows what it feels like to be holding it all together on the outside, while wondering if you’re doing any of it well.

I’ve built my career helping families, leaders, and teams strengthen their emotional resilience—but the truth is, I learned the hardest lessons in my own living room.

I Know What It Feels Like to Carry It All.

And when you build the skills to regulate your emotions, respond with intention, and lead with connection, you show up better everywhere.

That’s the work I do, helping parents and leaders integrate who they are at home and who they are in the world.

Because you shouldn’t have to choose between showing up for your family or showing up for your purpose.

You can do both—without burning out.

At home, you’re the anchor, the one managing meltdowns, scheduling appointments, holding the emotional center of your family.

At work, you’re the leader, the one people count on to keep it together, fix the problems, and show up with solutions.

You hold space for everyone…
But who holds space for you?

I created Regulated, Responsive Parenting & Leadership™ because I am you.

I’m not just a psychologist.
I’m a mom of three spirited kids.
I’ve sat on the bathroom floor, holding back tears after a long day.
I’ve juggled meetings and tantrums, deadlines and doctor’s appointments.
I’ve felt the tension of leading a growing business, while feeling like I was falling short at home.

I’ve felt the deep pull between being who my family needs and who my work demands, and wondered if it’s possible to be fully present in both places.

And I know I’m not alone.

What I Know Now Is This: Parenting Is Leadership.

“I bring both personal experience and professional expertise to this work—blending psychology, leadership, and lived parenting insight to help you show up with confidence at home and beyond.”
